We strive to provide our customers with the best services possible. We take pride in offering you the guarantee that you can return your order and ask for a refund. If some of your purchased items aren’t exactly what you’ve expected, we are happy to arrange the return and either refund you or change the items with others, in accordance with this Returns Policy.
We kindly ask you to read the Return Policy before buying anything. Such policies are unique to different sellers. Besides, they may be subject to changes during promotional offers or for products currently on sale.
Here are our conditions, should you decide to return your order:
- You must ship the products in their original intact package within 15 days from the delivery date.
- You must include all accessories in the package: user manual, mounting accessories, power supply, cables, and antennas, if any
- You must get in touch with our customer representatives prior to returning your items to find out the procedure you should follow to be granted a refund
- The customer must bear all shipping costs and import fees (for countries outside South Africa) for all refund, replacement or return inquiries
- Keep in mind that the amount of the refund is actually 75%, the rest being deducted as restocking fee. Should wish to you cancel your order before the actual shipping of the products, we’ll deduct 5% from your refund. This amount represents the safe charge fee, which is non-refundable.
- Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will replace it for free. But you must first contact one of our representatives who will ask you some questions, to ascertain if you will need to return all or part of the damage item for replacement. As soon as we receive the damaged product back, we will send you a good one as soon as we have it in stock.
- All of our items come with a solid 3-year warranty. Please allow a maximum of three weeks for the processing of your return inquiry, as this is our request processing rate for the time being.
- Please remember to check the integrity of your items and the presence of all listed accessories and user manuals within one week after you receive the order. Should you notice any damage to the equipment or various accessories missing, we urge you to contact our customer representatives right away in order to sort out your problems.
- Please note that if you exceed the one-week period to warn us about damaged or incomplete packages, we have the right to deny your request for a free replacement. This also applies in case we have doubts that the item was indeed incomplete or damaged by the time the customer accepted the order.
